Our team is  is a preferred provider of most insurance companies. We are happy to file claims directly with your insurance company for you.


  • Due to regulations,  copay payments are due on the date of service.
  • We will do our best to help patients understand and interpret their insurance policies. 


We do not currently work with these insurance plans:

-Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shields Pathways (we do take other Anthem plans)

-Rocky Mountain Health Plans (We do take other United plans)

-Colorado Doctors Plan (We do take other United Plans)
